Bank Holiday Deliveries

We are closed on the following date: 1st of May. We will re-open on 2nd of Aprill at 8:30am to 5:00pm

If you place an order on the 28th of April for Next Day Delivery, please expect delivery of your product on the 2nd of May.

Orders placed during the closing dates will be processed and despatched on the 2nd of May. Deliveries will be out for the 3rd of May.

Click & Collect:

We’re open Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM (excluding bank holidays). You can collect your order from our offices in Cardiff within 60 minutes of placing your order on www.Ladders-Online.com.

The payment card you used to buy the product together with photographic ID (Ideally a UK driving licence) together with the email confirmation of the purchase. Please arrange to collect within 7 days of your order.

Standard Delivery:

Mainland UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) - Standard products (ladders & Steps) marked In Stock & Next Day delivery to Mainland UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) are delivered free of charge by either Tuffnells or Yodel.

Next Day Delivery is normally available to all postcodes in Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, except the following postcode areas:

Staircases:

Deliveries are direct from the manufacturer and will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient delivery slot. The staircase will be delivered direct to your door using a lorry fitted with a tail lift. The drive is instructed to move the pallet into your garage for storage or to your front door. Please ensure that the pallet truck can be rolled to your garage or front door as the carton weighs up to 250kg and cannot be moved by hand. An additional charge may be applicable if you are located in any of the above postcode exceptions. Please see list above.

Special Delivery:

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly - Postcode areas - see above Postcode Exceptions List. Delivery will take 3-5 days and there is a minimum of £35 for orders over £30 and £9.99 for any order below £30. Additional charges may apply depending on postcode area and size/weight and if a specialist carrier is required. Standard delivery is by either Tuffnells/Yodel or 3rd party carrier.

International Delivery:

Certain products that fall within maximum boxed dimensions can be shipped abroad. Staircases in particular can be shipped to a few destinations outside the UK, please contact us by telephone or email to place your order as we are unable to accept payment from cards not registered in the UK on our website. Please E-mail us at sales@ladders-online.com.

The Delivery Process:

Cut Off Times for Next Day Delivery - Where Applicable

  • Weekday Orders - Orders placed Monday to Friday by 4:00PM (Or telephone your order by 5PM) ship the same day
  • Weekend orders - Processed Monday for delivery Tuesday (Except Bank Holidays - deliveries go out the next available working day)

Delivery Times

All deliveries arrive anywhere between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday as standard. Standard delivery is free for all products from Ladders Online delivered to Mainland UK addresses (England, Wales & Southern Scotland).

Sign For Your Delivery

You must be present to sign for your delivery. Please check the contents of your delivery for damage before you sign for it. If you miss your delivery, a card will be left from the courier informing you of the attempted delivery along with details of how to contact them and details for the re-delivery check delivery tab.

Every effort is made by our carriers and us to deliver your order within the specified time; however, the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date.

In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will try to contact you in order to advise you of the situation and take instructions as to how you would prefer us to proceed.

Please note that no claim for compensation will be considered for any consequential losses incurred because of late delivery, please refer to our full terms and conditions for further details.
