Delivery Notes

Orders received by 5PM for standard items in stock are dispatched the same day for delivery the Next Day to any UK mainland destination excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

Orders over £50 (excluding delivery) are Free of Charge. Orders below £50 (excluding delivery) cost £5.00 Deliveries are made between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday as standard.

• You must be present to sign for your delivery
• Please check the contents of your delivery for damage before you sign for it
• If you miss your delivery, a card will be left from the courier informing you of the attempted delivery along with details of how to contact them and details for the re-delivery

Delivery upgrades on orders over £50 (Not available to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highland orders)

• 8AM to Midday - £8.50
• 8AM to 10AM - £19.50
• Saturday 8AM to 1PM - £22.50

Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland (Postcode areas IV, AB, PA, PH, KW, ZE, FK, IS, BT)

• £15.00 for any value order
• Delivery time 3 - 5 days to these postcode areas

For 'Special Orders' or items currently 'Out of Stock', please refer to the estimated delivery times on these product pages. Delivery upgrades are not available for 'Special Orders', items that are 'Out of Stock' or to Remote Destinations.

Every effort is made by our carrier and us to deliver your order within the specified time; however, the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date. In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will endeavour to contact you in order to advise you of the situation and take instructions as to how you would prefer us to proceed. Please note that no claim for compensation will be considered for any consequential losses incurred because of late delivery, please refer to our full terms and conditions for further details.
