Arrow 2 Section Timberslide Professional Timber Loft Ladder

Stylish high quality pine loft ladder for frequent loft access and where appearance is important. The spring-assisted double pivot arms provide total control when lowering or stowing the ladder.

One size fits a wide range of floor-to-floor heights. Includes all component parts and easy DIY loft ladder installation.

An excellent service prompt delivery and a high quality product.It was easy to fit[my son in law did it in 1 and a half hours] and very sturdy.It is slightly heavy to lift back into place but that is offset by its strength and security.

All the bits arrived
Unfortunatly, one of the plastic bags was burst and some of the screws had come out.
Fortunatley, they were contained in the outer plastic packaging (but this was also punctured)

I have only inspected the product and contents so far and all is in order and i am pleased with my order. the instructions look easy to follow and i don't expect any problems in it's construction.

With wider treads making it safer and more
comfortable underfoot plus much quieter in use
than my previous alloy ladder and at a good price
I was suitably impressed, Delivery was within time

Timberslide loft ladder: Bag with screws and bolts had split spilling contents all over the place. Three holes on each side for the ladders hook brackets needed to be redrilled and they were not aligned quite right. Otherwise it was fine. I believe you have had the same feedback before, so you still have the same issues.

Delivered next day. Loft ladder was complete except for one missing nut, no problem as I had spares in shed. Fitted ladder in attic same afternoon, only problem was caused by lack of space in attic to reach hinge springs. Not a fault of product but shape of attic space. The ladder works well but is still stiff when sliding the bottom section up and down. An application of some polish on the runners should cure. Ladder is a big improvement on my previous basic aluminium set. Thank You for the prompt delivery and competative price.
