I am extremely happy with the product. It meets all my needs, and then some. The quality is superior than the price might indicate.

The small bag of components was damaged inside the large shrinkwrapped Loft Ladder. Please ask your suppliers to improve the internal component packaging to prevent risk of losing the small fixing parts & confusion during assembly. The sharp metal plates inside cut the plastic bag open in transport releasing all lose parts. I think the shrinkwrap held most of the special items essential to install. Customer Service were helpful to re-assure replacing any missing items.

Although the instructions were very clear I had to re-drill three of the fitting holes, but that wasn't much of a problem. Otherwise it was plain sailing and I much prefer this wooden loft ladder to our noisy, creaky alloy one.
