The FAKRO Loft Ladder is a folding pine wood ladder. It provides easy and safe access to your loft. When folded, it is 'hidden' in the ceiling, freeing space inside the room.

The Loft Ladder is a 3 part folding ladder with 80mm wide treads mean it is secure enough for regular loft access.

The quick fixing system enables the ladder to be easily installed by two people. It also enables easy ladder height adjustment.

The loft hatch door is built within a pine wood frame, finished one each side with a white high density fibre panel. The loft hatch is 36mm thick insulated with an insulation coefficient of 1.1W/m, making this ladder draft proof. The loft hatch door is edge sealed with a sealing strip to minimize heat loss through the door.

The outer side (visible when the door is closed) of the hatch door is smooth- with no fixing points visible. The internal lock and metal pole supplied enable easy opening and closing of the loft hatch door.

The loft ladder is fastened with angle brackets that enable the ladder to be positioned and fixed precisely. The unique opening mechanism is designed in such a way that it does not hinder your access to the loft.

The loft ladder treads are dovetail fitted joints that add strength and long lasting use. The treads have safety grooves to make the treads even safer to climb and help prevent slipping.
