| Nick Acheson | The staircase was excellent apart from one point. On the overall stair height we wanted to acheive (2.330m from memory) it was impossible to get the central steel tube and threaded bar arrangement to work without cutting out a section of and re-welding the central steel tube. The spacer table in the instructions said that this height was acheivable but one tube + threaded bar was to short and two tubes + threaded bar was to long. I was able to sort this out very easily with an engineering friend of mine but thought that you would like to investigate further for future sales. We found the video excellent but felt that the departure from the parts being in labled blister packs as shown in the video (i presume for resons of cost) made assembly more difficault. | | 2009-01-05 10:48:07 |

| The ladders arrived promptly, the next day.
Delivery man was very efficient. Cant believe how light the ladders are, our old ones were so heavy, Arnie would of struggled!!
Used them already, and my partner says they are his best christmas present ever, I really know how to treat a man !!!

| Alison Gifford | Excellent service, but the ladder was lower than expected &
much narrower than what it was replacing. I will therefore feel
very vulnerable higher up on these steps, the lip to secure the
tray and the steps open appears flimsy, and there is no handrail.
Being overall smaller than I had expected, I thought at least it
would be easier to store, but it is in fact much heavier than its
predecessor, so it will in fact be more difficult to manoevre. Disappointing, and and had more information on the product
been given on your website, I would have known this set of
steps would be unsuitable, and not ordered it. It was a
replacement for a set of 8 tread aluminium steps I had, the
picture looked similar, but the reality is vastly different. Details
of overall height, width of tread, weight etc. would have avoided
this mistake on my part. I haven't even unwrapped them - I will
