| Chris Oliver | Ladder (3 section) appears a little flimsy, but it does the job.
Instruction for attaching handle incorrect: picture shows top bolt in hole close to top hinge: then no hole for lower bolt, so must attach in hole about 6" down from hinge.
Catch for loft door only fits narrow range of door thicknesses - considerable adjustment needed for existing loft cover which had been made from a plyboard panel door about 1.25" thick.
I would have preferred a door latch which simply requires a push to release.
