| RAY ORCHARD | Delivered next day. Loft ladder was complete except for one missing nut, no problem as I had spares in shed. Fitted ladder in attic same afternoon, only problem was caused by lack of space in attic to reach hinge springs. Not a fault of product but shape of attic space. The ladder works well but is still stiff when sliding the bottom section up and down. An application of some polish on the runners should cure.
