I thought the customer support service was excellent. There was a possibility that height restrictions might make the loft ladder unsuitable. We were told however that it could be exchanged.A very generous offer in the circumstances.

The original ladder delivered was faulty. It was replaced without fuss or problems. The gentleman who dealt with the phone calls was excellent and delivery service could not be faulted. thank you

I was very impressed with your easy to use website and overall service which was very prompt from order to delivery. Ladder itself has been perfect for our needs. After my Dad had a nasty accident back in Dec falling off a normal ladder it was vital to me to find something safe, with wide treads and very strong for general household access to our loft. This is perfect and would recommend to anyone. Good price too compared to others offering the same product. Thank you.

Arrived with slight damage to packaging but loft ladder was OK (two small screws had gone missing)
I am pleased with the product, the price and your service so I will recommend your company to others and buy from you again. Thank you.

I have yet to fit the loft ladder supplied.
I found the price of the product to be very competitive and have been very impressed by the level of service. I am in the building trade and would definitely use your company again in the future if I ever needed any ladder related product.

installation instructions are clear and product is well made. Only
slight issue is that the sliding mechanism is very stiff - though a
dose of WD 40 seemed to sort it out

This is normal for the mechanism to be a little stiff prior to being used for the first time. Adding some WD40 will help the unit to open and close. Furniture polish will also help.
Any further issues, please contact us.
