Arke Kya Space Saver Staircases

Adopting the structural characteristics of the Karina space saving staircase, the Kya offers a more contemporary alternative with steel balusters and stainless steel cables, running parallel to the wood-effect PVC handrail. Kya can be installed as a straight flight or with a slight twist. Don't forget you can also choose a clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation to suit your staircase project.

The overall width of the Kya (with single handrail) is remarkably only 58cm - offering an amazing compromise between space and functionality.

The basic Kya space saving staircase is suitable for floor heights up to 2.82m. Additional (tread) components are available to make your Kya even more versatile, with heights up to 3.29m. A second staircase railing can be added if the stair is away from the wall. Supplementary balustrading is also available for upper floors in natural and dark PVC wood effect. Please note the upper floor balustrade is not suitable for circular wells.

Arke Karina Space Saver Staircases

Karina, from Arke, is the ultimate space saving staircase. Not only is the height flexible (as you would expect from Arke), but Karina can also be installed as a straight flight, an L-shape or a U-shape, thanks to the "paddle" treads. Don't forget you can also choose a clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation to suit your staircase project.

Bergen Staircases

The Bergen Timber Space Saving Staircase enables access where physical space is limited.

Taking up about half the space of a standard flight, the unique tread shape overcomes the problem often associated with steep stairs, enabling a comfortable descent facing forward with plenty of foot room.

A cost-effective permanent straight flight option, as an alternative to a loft ladder. The pitch on this ladder is 63 degrees - steeper than a normal staircase to allow fitting in a restricted space.

Cottage Staircases

The Cottage Staircase is an economical solution for any number of situations. It is manufactured from Pine and available with optional balustrade , quarter landing kit & handrail kit.

Set slightly steeper than a conventional stair it therefore takes up less space. It is supplied ready prepared for varnish or pain. Standard width of 700mm (excluding balustrade) can easily be reduced to suit certain applications.

Variations of design can be achieved by the use of the 1/4 quarter landing kit. The 1/4 landing kit can be positioned in place of any tread.
