Klan spiral staircases offer tremendous flexibility, including a universal landing platform that will work with circular or square wells and mezzanines. Clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation can be decided during installation, to avoid obstructions.

The basic Klan spiral staircase kit is suitable for floor heights up to 3.06m. Additional tread kits can be purchased to reach up to 3.77m if required. It should be noted additional handrail and balustrade will be required if purchasing two or more additional tread kits. To comply with Building Regulations it is likely you will require riser bars. These sit underneath each tread and are designed to prevent small children becoming trapped between the open treads. For more information on Building Regulations click here
