The Civik Zinc spiral staircase for external use combines functionality and solidity with long lasting certainty. All metal parts are protected by a hot dipped zinc galvanising process. The handrail is in black PVC and nuts and bolts are stainless steel. The Arke range of spiral staircases are perfect for use outdoors connecting upper floor balconies or mezzanines.

Civik spiral staircases offer tremendous flexibility, including a universal landing platform that will work with circular or square wells and mezzanines. Clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation can be decided during installation, to avoid obstructions.

The basic Civik spiral staircase kit is suitbale for floor heights up to 3.05m. Additional tread kits can be purchased to reach up to 3.76m if required. It should be noted additional handrail and balustrade will be required if purchasing two or more additional tread kits. To comply with Building Regulations it is likely you will require riser bars. These sit underneath each tread and are designed to prevent small children becoming trapped between the open treads. For more informatiion on Building Regulations click here
