Easy Reach First 5 Presto Scaffold Tower

Product as advertised. Slightly more complicated to assemble than expected but functional, easy to store and lightweight.

We are always willing to give advice over the telephone to customers who require help putting component product together.

My order arrived with a bit missing, i phoned your company and was informed that it would be sent immediately. It never arrived. The item worked without it so i did not pursue the problem. I was however disappointed that it did not arrive.

The item has since been dispatched and we apologise for this apparent oversight.

Total and absolute satisfaction and damn good value for money...'nuff said?

Found what i wanted Ordered it, next day it was delivered.

I didn't pay any extra money for next day delivery but having ordererd it at 13.30 it was still delivered at 11.30 the next day! Very impressed! Although was unable 2 use clips that hold tiers together because the holes don't line up!!!

Good advise on the telephone before going online to purchase. Delivery following day. Not sure about putting together left that to my husband.

Re: Presto 5 Tower which is as required:
1) Please state the storage size prior to purchase. I guessed correctly.
2) Instructions for fitting the bottom clip where there are two stay bars were not clear.

After removing packaging, I found one section damaged. The insert section was out of shape (could have been dropped). I made a dolly and reshaped the tubes to allow the sections to fit together.Once this was done we built the scaffolding. Very happy.

Delivery good and on time. Platform ladder very good value. Tower is a bit wobbly could do with some stablisers

Despite previous feedback noted on the web, instructions are still in French.

We have now uploaded English instructions to the Easy Reach Tower download area.

Bought for work place but tried at home. Instructions in French - we understand fortunately! BUT they were glued on platform/board which made them impossible to read easily......

Excellent piece of equipment - building instructions could be better as kept having to revert to the front picture. Extremely versatile and simple to use, and lightweight frame makes for easy handling.
