Peter D Smith said: Ladder inside box received ok, and looks perfect, but product box in terrible condition and ripped completely open at both ends. Amazing that it still had the ladder inside. Strong Box and strong Staples to hold it closed so could not have just become undone in transit - so, unless shipped in this condition, must have been opened deliberately by couriers somewhere along the way. Nonetheless, the Little Giant Step Ladder is terrific, and a really good buy if you want a really good quality product.

I'm unemployed at the moment and money is tight but I have just bought a second Little Giant ladder.
They are relatively expensive, but worth every penny and will last more than a lifetime in normal domestic use.
I still hate heights and can climb both the 5 rung standard ladder and my new 3 rung steps (with safety bar) feeling safe and confident. (Yes, I treat the ladders and gravity with caution and respect... Safety first!)
