Paul said: Product delivered damaged - I've seen this in other reviews of this product, and I suspect it was the same broken plastic roller support, so generally poor packaging is implicated - there was no internal foam or other packing, just a cardboard box around two loose and heavy parts with the delicate plastic parts exposed to knocks. Given the value of the item, it was easier for me to repair it with superglue than to go through the returns process (which I have no reason to suppose would not have worked, but this was quicker) and yes, I know that my repair invalidates the warranty.
