Product was as expected.
delivery was not - van arrived as claimed on website within 48 hours of placing order. Unfortunately my ladder was not in the van so delivery was delayed until following day.

We can only apologise for the poor delivery on this occasion. Of all the ladders we send out on national next day delivery problems such as this are comparatively rare.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE LADDER I RECEIVED BUT IT ARRIVED WITH SEVERAL STEP END CAPS BROKEN.I THINK THAT BETTER PACKING WOULD PREVENT YOUR CARRIER FROM CAUSING THIS DAMAGE.THE SIDES OF THE LADDER ARE PRESSED TOGETHER IN TRANSPORT BREAKING THE END CAPS.A STRIP OF FOAM BETWEEN THE SIDES COULD PREVENT THIS.

Having spent some time looking in shops for a 8 step ladder, 'cos the builders walked off with ours !! I decides to look on line.
This site is so easy to use and offered a wide range.
They phone to say that my ladder would take an extra day to arrive.
On the day it was to arrive I phoned to check. and they were most helpful. I am delighted with the ladder and would encourage everyone to use them. A REAL SERVICE.

Suitable for what I needed but a little taller than expected and not easy to move around inside. I should possibly have gone for one tread smaller. But that was my error. Overall I'm happy with purchase

Excellent service, but the ladder was lower than expected &
much narrower than what it was replacing. I will therefore feel
very vulnerable higher up on these steps, the lip to secure the
tray and the steps open appears flimsy, and there is no handrail.
Being overall smaller than I had expected, I thought at least it
would be easier to store, but it is in fact much heavier than its
predecessor, so it will in fact be more difficult to manoevre. Disappointing, and and had more information on the product
been given on your website, I would have known this set of
steps would be unsuitable, and not ordered it. It was a
replacement for a set of 8 tread aluminium steps I had, the
picture looked similar, but the reality is vastly different. Details
of overall height, width of tread, weight etc. would have avoided
this mistake on my part. I haven't even unwrapped them - I will
not be using them!
