An excellent service at a good price

We assume the customer meant to click on a happier face!

I bought 2x 7-step ladders. One fine. Other was badly corroded and stained. Woman in the office said that she would check the next one but did not. It arrived stained with slight corrosion which I cleaned off with wire wool and is OK. Check stock.

This appears to be an isolated case. The stained ladder was returned and the customer refunded. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

SERVICE IS FIRST CLASS, CAN'T ADD TO THAT.

as yet the ladder has not arrived it was going to be delivered to billing address and when I gave delivery address last mon(5th) I was informed it would be there the next day. I phoned today to see where it was and no one has got back to me!!

We apologise for the late delivery of this ladder. For some reason changing the delivery address after the ladder had left our distribution center caused problems for our carrier. We have been advised that the ladder will be delivered today.

I think the Fulfilment Survey says it all and the step ladder was roughly the same price as B&Q (and free carriage). The ladder was also much sturdier than other ladders we looked at around the same price bracket. 150 Kgs work load capacity is a lot better than 95 Kgs. Highly recommended for quality, price and service.

The ladder arrived next day although I had not been promised this, as I live in Scotland. Overall a good product for a very fair price.

Efficient, speedy delivery. Light weight therefore easy to carry for females - but robustly built.
Seven steps ladder perfect for short 68 year old female to be able to climb to a useful height while still feeling safe! Would recommend.
