Had very helpful phonecall on Monday from one of your staff after I left message on 28/12. Ladder was incorrectly delivered on day specified. Now delivered to my son - son he has to assess how good it is.

Second time I have bought from you and the quality of the ladders, price and the service are excellent.

I paid for next day delivery before noon. We had really heavy snow in the village I live, no buses running and not much moving. Delivery arrived at 11:00am as advertised. I was amazed he made it, and with no reindeers pulling his van either.

well done for NOT packing the ladder in a cardboard box. The plastic sleeve was quite sufficient and the customer does not have to dispose of redundant cardboard as a result.
I also liked the stabilised legs with extra struts for safety.

The product was well explained and the ordering was dead easy

a 6-step, step-ladder bought for my Father to replace an old 5-step wooden thing, extra step to save over stretching. I personally haven't seen and therefore used it, but I have previously purchased a 3 section extending ladder from you and if that's anything to go by, it's an excellent product.

However, within a few hours someone called to talk me through the order and also informed me that the item was in stock and would be delievered the next day, standard delivery.
