5 Tread Platform Step Ladder

the ladder that I purhased was reasonably priced and delivered promptly. I have not actually used it yet but it seems to have met my expectations.

Good service really. Good product and the delivery was also good. The only gripe was the claim 'next day delivery', this did not happen. I think 'within three days' would have been more appropriate as next day delivery is obviosly not guaranteed.

We do aim to deliver items the following day, however there are times where this is not possible, due to external factors beyond the control of the company.

Very good. Delivery not Next Day as expected. Arrived day after (8/2/2008). Considering the distance between Cardiff and Scarborough this was acceptable.

We work with the mindset that what you order today (before 2pm) is delivered tomorrow, but sometimes traffic delays or other circumstances beyond our control prevent this from happening.

After trawling through, Argos, B&Q and several other sites, it suddenly occurred to me to Google step ladders, very glad I did. I shall recommend you to anyone who needs a ladder, Taking Paypal was a big plus as well as a good product.

Stunningly good service - ordered just before lunch and arrived 8.30 next morning - very impressed. And the step ladders don't wobble either, which is important for a 71-year-old!
