The let down for us was that the company did not say on the main website page that they are closed for the whole Christmas and New Year period as I was expecting delivery much quicker and had been impressed that they emphasised 'next day delivery' when it took 13 days for our delivery. As the company were closed I got an answerphone and no reply to my e-mail.
