Fitted ladder in attic same afternoon, only problem was caused by lack of space in attic to reach hinge springs. Not a fault of product but shape of attic space. The ladder works well but is still stiff when sliding the bottom section up and down. An application of some polish on the runners should cure. Ladder is a big improvement on my previous basic aluminium set. Thank You for the prompt delivery and competative price.

  A customer said: The small bag of components was damaged inside the large shrinkwrapped Loft Ladder. Please ask your suppliers to improve the internal component packaging to prevent risk of losing the small fixing parts & confusion during assembly. The sharp metal plates inside cut the plastic bag open in transport releasing all lose parts. I think the shrinkwrap held most of the special items essential to install. Customer Service were helpful to re-assure replacing any missing items.

  A customer said: The top of left & right side of each ladder section is square as I have painfully found out, twice. I suggest that the 2 top sides be made slightly rounded & chamfered. This would not compromise the function of the ladder, but would increase safety.

Three holes on each side for the ladders hook brackets needed to be redrilled and they were not aligned quite right. Otherwise it was fine. I believe you have had the same feedback before, so you still have the same issues.

An important piece of plastic was missing so if your reading this please send! Did read reviews before buying the product & it seems a few people had the same problems with missing parts. The ladder though is functional, however things would have been easier if complete!!!!
