The advantages of a folding timber loft ladder, with a smaller hatch complete with spring counterbalanced mechanism for ease of operation. The ladder is constructed in four sections from high quality pine that is sourced from sustainable forests.
This Timber Loft Ladder has a draught excluder contained in the casing and the trapdoor with 30mm insulation, this will stop heat loss and draught.
