I was pleased that the delivery arrived so promptly - however the delivery time on the website said about 4 days (?). I nearly went elsewhere to get one sooner but as it happens your delivery was the next day - may be worth indicating that the expected time of delivery is a 'worse case scenario' and it can be delivered sooner / quicker.

  eal791 said: Our previous ladder was the sliding design that was falling apart. The concertina design of this ladder is so clever. It sits inside the loft hatch opening, and it's easy to pull down and put away. It feels sturdy (moreso than our old one) but it isn't very heavy, so I am able to lift it with ease. It was very easy to install, we had to put 50mm wooden packers behind it so it would clear the loft hatch door when opened, but after that, we just screwed it into the loft beams. it took about 40 minutes, most of that time was spent cutting the packers. Excellent product and super fast delivery, got it the next day. Thank you!
