The site is well planned and works well. The only criticism I had was that the pdf file on installation of the Deluxe Loft Ladder is incorrect and out of date. Your pdf version is dated Jan 2003. The corrected one is dated May 05

Bought a Little Giant, was impressed by the price and service so bought loft ladders this time.

Ordered on Monday morning and delivered on Wednesday. It would be good to send or email or phone with expected delivery time and date as I was expecting delivery on Tuesday.

Sometimes traffic or links in the distribution chain prevent this from arriving next day, but all items ordered are sent for next day delivery. We can only appologise for the inconvenience caused having to wait the extra day.

condition. New ladder appears to be substantially made, but have
not yet assembled it.

Superb! Really quick delivery and just as described

Very pleased with the price and the speed of delivery.

installation instructions are clear and product is well made. Only
slight issue is that the sliding mechanism is very stiff - though a
dose of WD 40 seemed to sort it out

This is normal for the mechanism to be a little stiff prior to being used for the first time. Adding some WD40 will help the unit to open and close. Furniture polish will also help.

The print on the fitting leaflet is quite small - could it be printed in bigger type? I resorted to looking at it online and enlarging it. Ladder now installed and working very well.

A quality Ladder that does exactly what you say

I was very impressed with your easy to use website and overall service which was very prompt from order to delivery. Ladder itself has been perfect for our needs. After my Dad had a nasty accident back in Dec falling off a normal ladder it was vital to me to find something safe, with wide treads and very strong for general household access to our loft. The ladder was fitted as per the yery poor instructions enclosed with the product, the ladder runners had to be oiled in order for it to operate properly. the ladder appears to be good quality and the customer seem's pleased but as a joiner with 36years experience and having fitted several loft ladders i found trying to get this one to run properly very challenging.

I thought the customer support service was excellent. There was a possibility that height restrictions might make the loft ladder unsuitable. We were told however that it could be exchanged.A very generous offer in the circumstances.
