5 Rung Little Giant Ladder Classic Version

My order was duplicated, and getting the second payment refunded took a little while. About a week/10 days later, the courier attempted to deliver a second unwanted set of ladders ?? Refused to accept. No further contact from the company.

Refunds can only be processed once we have received the ladders back from the customer. This normally takes between 7 to 10 days.

Overall the little giant ladder is excellent. One thing that I did not find clear is that I need the platform accessory to be able to use the ladder as two tressles. Your service was also excellent. Well done and thank you

Am impressed with all aspects of the purchase with the exception of the delivery. Product was dumped at the bottom of our driveway, with no attempt by the driver to contact us regarding delivery, despite a contact tel.no. & me being in at the time.

Delighted. Cannot fault the products (Little Giant 5-rung ladder and Work Plinth. Excellent quality, accurately represented on web site. Have not needed Customer Support. Courier delivered to neighbour, though, and did not put a card through my door.

The product was delivered on time and was better than expected. The only concern was the condition of the packaging. The box containing the ladder had been opened and the box containing the work platform was broken as if someone had stood on it.

From a persoal stand point I was very surprised by to speed of delivery.
The ladder itself will do every thing I wish for it to do, but I feel it will become an exspenive item once I have added all the extra parts to it.
This is the little Giant Ladder,( wheels,
Leg ajustment.)

Each of the accessories are well built and will give years of service. If you buy the new pro little giant the wheels will come as standard.

Little Giant Classic 5-Rung: Excellent quality, heavy compaired to normal Diy step-ladders but feels very safe when in use and it makes other Diy step-ladders seem like toy ladders. If you value your personal safety don't hesitate buy the best and get a Little Giant ladder from Ladders-online simply the best.

Plenty in stock and timely delivery. There was minor damage which could have come from ladder being used and returned. I did not feel it sufficient to return item. However would happily shop again.

My ladder was delivered in LESS THAN 24 hours from order placement! Amazing!

As far as product expectations and customer support are concerned, I am unable to answer as the ladder is a suprise birhtday present for my husband, so won't know the answers until he gets it in February.

I have used this ladder with the fire service its a strong robust and very useful piece of equipment so I got myself one for work around the house.

Excellent product - very versatile and robust, although unexpectedly heavy. Delivery was quick.

The ladder I purchased is much heavier than I thought it would be, it's a 5 rung little giant, perhaps I should have ordered the three rung model.If there had been a local showroom I could have gone to try the item myself, but this is one of the problems with internet shopping
