Next day delivery was very good. Product was exactly as advertised and very useful and easy to use. I should have bought one of these ladders a year ago. It has replaced 5 ladders within the school which gives me more storage space.

the pic on the website was NOT of the product supplied! You did qualify it in the text but easily missed. Had I seen it I would not have bought from you & the experience has cost me about £40. You should alter your policies immediately!

Even though the Little Giant wheel accessory in the picture was clearly indicated as such in the text we agree the image could cause confusion and has now been changed. As a gesture of goodwill and a thank you for brining this to our attention we have credited your card the sum of £40.

arrived promptly, box that little giant ladder packed in badley damaged, ladder looks ok? fixings missing from little giant wing span. I dont blame the company as packing looked sturdy enough, think carrier should be informed about rough handling.

Best value on the web, next day delivery arrived in the morning, damage free and well packaged. Little Giant ladder and accessories are excellent, should have ordered the wing attachment as well. Very pleased that the model I received was the last with the inclusive tip and glide wheels. Overall great shopping experience and would highly recommend Ladders Online.

I like the product, it is very stable and easy to use. I was surprised at the weight of it, heavier than I expected. I'm sure the weight is given on the site but it had not registered with me. Not a mjaor problem and makes it more stable.
