Ladder had not been inspected before delivery and had a plastic foot missing - never fitted in the first place since there was no rivet hole. Contacted Ladders-Online. A replacement was sent immediately - but this meant I had to take a days holiday from work, where I had originally organised the delivery for when my wife was already at home to received it. This was unfortunate. However delivery was as indicated "Next Day". I would use this company again. Hopefully goods will be pre-inspected before sending out to the customer. But overall happy with the outcome and my thanks.

Happy with the ladders, they turned up within 20 hours of the order. They did have a few marks on them which are either transportation dents or warehouse damage. Emailed support and it was sorted out within an hour though s very impressed.

3.5m Triple Extension Trade Ladders:

Fantastic ladders, really impressed with quality. Great price. Would normally expect to pay £170 for equivalent size ladders, which are often inferior quality at major DIY retailers.

I've used them every day since I got them and I can't fault them in any way. I will definitely come back to ladders-online/TB Davies in the future.

Delighted with the prompt delivery. The product was as I expected. Just a little disappointed with the way the ladders were scuffed and marked, possibly in transit, possibly in warehouse, but not actually damaged. They simply didn't look new. But they do the job I wanted them for.

After searching for some time for a ladder to suit my needs it was great to find ladders online. the price was great for the ladder I wanted as it
included delivery, the delivery was supposed to be next day but arrived the day after which was no problem as not every thing can be guaranteed with
delivery services. when it arrived it was a good as expected apart from a few scuffs which is understandable with aluminium and also being transported, it won't take long before I scuff it
more.over all I was very pleased with the service and would use ladders-online again.
