I considered buying a similar ladder from my local Homebase, which is about 1 mile away and they wanted £30 for delivery. I found your web site within seconds and found the prices lower and with free next day delivery. No contest!

Excellent experience - excellent product

Poor service - no one ever returned calls, it was always me chasing the delivery, even when I was promised a callback.

The ladders 'went missing' with the result that they were not delivered when promised, wasting a day of my time.

Poor.

Unfortunately ladders do sometimes go missing, resulting in a problem for not just the customer but for ladders-online who then make a claim for a replacement ladder. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The ladder was sent out on time but a problem in the delivery chain meant that the ladder was a couple of days late arriving.

Overall,pleased with the experience. However, it would have been good to know the item had been despatched so that I could have been at home to receive it rather than get home from work to find the ladder outside my house.

Had a slight problem with the website - after paying at PayPal, the redirection resulted in a 404 message (could just double-check the redirection URL to make sure it's correct). Otherwise, I've been very happy with the service, thanks.

Excellent web site, very good value for money, delivery driver left the ladders in the drive in plain site of passers by, the gate to the rear garden was left open but not tried.

The ladders should be signed for each time, why this happened we do not know. We'll take this up with the courier company.

fell for the next day delivery promise, received phone call to say will be delivered day later on friday but did not arrive. They arrived Monday morning and it was pure chance I was first drop so they caught me before I went to work.

We ship all items ordered before 2pm that are in stock for next day delivery. Traffic and distribution issues can sometimes prevent the delivery, but by and large nearly everything sent out is delivered next day. We apologise for the inconvenience though that this caused you.

A very quick and easy experience. Item was the best priced on a survey of suppliers' sites. Product arrived within 20 hours of order. Emails and acknowledgements were both instanateous and prompt, with help and where to find if necesssry.

suprised the ladders were not protected by any packaging at all however they were delivered undamaged. very sturdy and certainly feel very safe in use with very little flex. an exact date for delivery would have been useful.

Very good service only slight niggle was that I ordered a stabilising post attachment which was not despatched with the ladders, there was a note about a back order but gave no details about when or if it would arrive. Thankfully it followed two days after but I still had to ring to find the information out.

I was happy with the hassle free experience and product quality and price. If I had one quibble it would be that the delivery driver had the wrong address even though the correct address was on the ladder from ladders online.
I almost missed taking the delivery as the driver went next door.

Excellent and better quality than I thought for the price
Only complaint was due to the delivery, whilst it was delivered very quick, the ladders were left on view to all. Because there was no one in at the time of delivery, I had a phone call to ask me where they could be left, I advised to either leave them with a neighbour or round the rear of my house, beacause the rear of my house is very private, not visible by any one, and there is a full hight solid gate. the delivery person though left them at the side of my house toward the front, in full view of anyone passing.
