Steven Ryan said: Dissapointed that no-one contacted me to tell me about the delivery delay. I expect to be informed of stock availabillity problems as I order or very soon after. I had two men waiting for them, when I could have arranged a different job.

Ladders Online said: The delivery appeared delayed for this order. It is unfortunate as all items are sent for next day delivery if ordered before 2pm.

Tamsin William-Powlett said: I rang to say that I wouldn't be in for delivery and was told that the ladder couldn't be left on the premises. My husband got home to find that the ladder had been *thrown* over the gate which made it very hard to to get through them.

Ladders Online said: We trust the ladder is with you safely and no in good use. The carrier is instructed to not leave parcels without a signature to ensure they are safely received. A ticket has been raised requiring the carrier to interview the driver and report back at our next supplier appraisal meeting so we can maintain high delivery standards.
