2.5m EN131 Trade Triple Section Aluminium Extension Ladder

I was disappointed with the ladder as I cut my hands a number of times on the aluminium burrs. The ladder was not finished very well and I had to spend an hour sanding off all the rough and dangerous edges.

Our ladders are high quality. On this rare occasion the ladder should have been returned to us immediately so we could have taken the issue up with the manufacturer. A replacement would have been sent the following day had this happened.

Good experience. Ladder good. Can see the value i.e. what you charged but cannot see claimed original price in it. Is discount genuine? Don't know the answer to that. Happy with the purchase though.

It is vital that items are checked prior to signing so damage can be claimed from the carriers. All items are sent in pristine condition from our distribution centre.

The only thing that let you down was no notification of when the ladders had been dispatched so I didnt know when they were coming till I got a knock on the door.

Products were delivered around noon next day and are of excellent quality. I should have received a £10 discount on my ladder + standoff as per the website info, and this initially did not happen. But customer services were excellent when I made contact and were happy to arrange this. We actually agreed that I could receive a set of Ladder Mats in lieu of my discount which I was more than happy with. Great to get such excellent product and service from a local company.
