The ladders I purchased are a bit heavier than I expected, and I don't believe weight was shown on the website. It was mentioned in the brochure which accompanied the ladders and at that stage I might well have chosen something lighter.

Although the ladder had fixings missing these were
supplied quickly when asked for.

The 3 x 4 hinged ladder is a robust general purpose ladder and very good value.

I would normally prefer to see what I am buying before I purchase, but not being able to afford what was on offer locally, I chanced my arm. I have to say I am more than pleased with my decision, and would do it again.

Unfortunately the ladder I ordered was faulty and then so was the replacement. So I opted for a refund. The delivery times were very good.
However I was very impressed with the customer service side, to sort out my order, as I was able to telephone and speak to helpful staff.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the speedy delivery.However, I did not know, till I read your delivery note, that I was supposed to examine the product before the driver left.It did say on the form, that I had inspected it, so my Mother signed as 'uninspected'.There were a few scratches but a ladder will probably get scratched in use anyway.

wrong parcel delivered originally, by the parcel company, but easily
resolved with one phone call - the delivery man came immediately
back and swapped for correct parcel.

Did expect the ladder to have a platform to stand on, but it wasn't clear from the photos. Does the job, once we made a platform to go on it.
