This will enable you to stay compliant with Building Regulations, especially when putting loft access over garage spaces or public buildings. Our fire rated loft hatch doors are manufactured from mild steel and powder coated for an attractive finish.

Ladders-Online hatches are fully insulated and draft proofed and come in an easy to clean textured finish that suits all decors. Our loft hatches are a great addition when buying one of our loft ladders that do not come with a hatch as standard. All our hatches are tested to the Buildings Regulations 2000 requirements.

The Drop Down / Lift Out loft hatch is our bestselling access door and has a twist action catch that connects with the loft hatch frame in 3 places to create a secure, draught proof fit. This loft hatch comes with a pole connection for easy opening and closing. The loft hatch door can be removed when moving large boxes / items into and out of the loft space.
