Good products, good prices. Slightly unreliable carriers. First item purchased was damaged, second item purchased arrived late.

Only issue was that parts of the order were delivered separately, but I rang customer services and they dealt with my query fantastically efficiently

Ladder was loose in very large box. I expected some kind of padding. Otherwise fine.

The Little Giant is shipped in a very strong box, which helps prevent damage to the ladder in transit. The most important thing is that the ladder arrives in good condition and not damaged.

Very impressed that it really was next day delivery, some sites say this, but you never receive the goods next day. the site is easy to use and liked the way sizing is given for the extension etc. of ladders which assisted in ordering the right size

Ordered on Thursday -delivered on Monday.I had thought website said next day or day after delivery!

We do send everything out on next day delivery from our distribution centre in Cardiff, however you are in the Aberdeen area, which is a 3 day service. It is important to check the terms and conditions of delivery.

Next day delivery was very good. Product was exactly as advertised and very useful and easy to use. I should have bought one of these ladders a year ago. It has replaced 5 ladders within the school which gives me more storage space.

arrived promptly, box that little giant ladder packed in badley damaged, ladder looks ok? fixings missing from little giant wing span. I dont blame the company as packing looked sturdy enough, think carrier should be informed about rough handling.

Delivery delayed due to bank holiday, otherwise good service and great product.

The product was delivered on time and was better than expected. The only concern was the condition of the packaging. The box containing the ladder had been opened and the box containing the work platform was broken as if someone had stood on it.

I was worried when I saw all the customer feedback about dented ladders but my Little Giant arrived in perfect condition

I was impressed with the speed of service, the polite courteous staff that I spoke to and of course, the ladder itself - simply Awesome!

With accessories we always offer bundle deals that are substantially cheaper if you buy them whilst purchasing the ladder. Please look out for these deals throughout the site.

The Little Giant Pro ladder and accessories are of excellent design
and quality so when combined with next-day delivery and the right
paperwork, it makes for a perfect transaction.

From a persoal stand point I was very surprised by to speed of delivery.
The ladder itself will do every thing I wish for it to do, but I feel it will become an exspenive item once I have added all the extra parts to it.

Each of the accessories are well built and will give years of service. If you buy the new pro little giant the wheels will come as standard.

Little Giant Classic 5-Rung: Excellent quality, heavy compaired to normal Diy step-ladders but feels very safe when in use and it makes other Diy step-ladders seem like toy ladders. If you value your personal safety don't hesitate buy the best and get a Little Giant ladder from Ladders-online simply the best.

Plenty in stock and timely delivery. There was minor damage which could have come from ladder being used and returned. I did not feel it sufficient to return item. However would happily shop again.

Best value on the web, next day delivery arrived in the morning, damage free and well packaged. Little Giant ladder and accessories are excellent, should have ordered the wing attachment as well. Very pleased that the model I received was the last with the inclusive tip and glide wheels. Overall great shopping experience and would highly recommend Ladders Online.

I have used this ladder with the fire service its a strong robust and very useful piece of equipment so I got myself one for work around the house.

Fantastic ladders, fantastic service, ordered the Little Giant Pro ladders and platform at 13:00pm with standard delivery, the lot arrived next day before 11:00am and they did not disapoint. Did not think I could get so excited about some ladders !! but I'll never need to buy any again for a very long time.

Excellent product - very versatile and robust, although unexpectedly heavy. Delivery was quick.

I like the product, it is very stable and easy to use. I was surprised at the weight of it, heavier than I expected. I'm sure the weight is given on the site but it had not registered with me. Not a mjaor problem and makes it more stable.

wish i had bought one ages ago

The ladder I purchased is much heavier than I thought it would be, it's a 5 rung little giant, perhaps I should have ordered the three rung model.If there had been a local showroom I could have gone to try the item myself, but this is one of the problems with internet shopping
