Difficulty with the web site at first but otherwise very good. I have not unpacked the ladder and platform yet

Couple of points: My box was opened and also i purchased the scaffold part to go with my little gient steps but this needs the work platform to be of any use, this could have been pointed out.

We try to make it clear on the website the accessories that are necessary to purchase in order to fix a particular problem. The Little Giant scaffold extending plank will work however, without the optional work platform.

It's not possible to buy ANY type of ladder from a better firm. The very best value for money & free next day delivery put many firms to shame and a smile on your face. The staff are friendly, the drivers are very heplful - VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Delighted. Cannot fault the products (Little Giant 5-rung ladder and Work Plinth. Excellent quality, accurately represented on web site. Have not needed Customer Support. Courier delivered to neighbour, though, and did not put a card through my door.

arrived promptly, box that little giant ladder packed in badley damaged, ladder looks ok? fixings missing from little giant wing span. I dont blame the company as packing looked sturdy enough, think carrier should be informed about rough handling.

a card was left saying a parcel needed to be delivered with your parent company on not ladders on line , hence when i phoned to see what had happen to my parcel the nice man in your order line in formed me i had already contacted the delivers to reorganised delivery hence one customer feeling stupid. however my husband is really pleased with the platform
