When the item was delivered I immediately spotted that the bag of fittings was not included. The van driver produced these from within his van after some searching. Some means should be found of wrapping everything together.

The quality of the product has redeemed poor despatch operation. Delvery was to the wrong address which resulted in considerable chasing on my part. When my ordered was retrieved from a house in a neighbouring street it was incomplete-parts missing

Package arrived tonightat 6.15pm we were out but the package was left outside which was fine. Someone was in all day until 5.30 whwn we had to go out. Delivery didn't say any time so we assumed it would be normal working hours

The carrier is closely targeted and their performance monitored to ensure delivery during the next working day. However if the driver is running late every effort will be made to get the product to you. So we can continue offer the Next Day service Free of Charge we are unable to stipulate a precise delivery time, please accept our apologies for the slight delay.

we have not used it yet but in the spring we will try it out on our roof thank you if i can remember i will let you know how it functions.
