I should have received a £10 discount on my ladder + standoff as per the website info, and this initially did not happen. But customer services were excellent when I made contact and were happy to arrange this. We actually agreed that I could receive a set of Ladder Mats in lieu of my discount which I was more than happy with. Great to get such excellent product and service from a local company.
