Unfortunately deliveries to Northern Ireland do attract a premium for large items such as ladders so we are unable to provide the Free service our other Mainland customers enjoy.

Garden platform arrived next day, free gloves on the following Monday. Platform is exactly as expected but I'm not sure about pneumatic tyres mixing with hawthorn hedge trimmings - they frequently puncture my car tyres! Overall, excellent service. Ta

Very prompt service, the only problem that I had was that the cardboard box that the Horizon Garden Work Platform came in was badly damaged and the contents were hanging out of the box.

Happy with kit and service, an extra foot or so on the tower would have been ideal.

Condition of boxed item poor on delivery.Ripped open in several places and had obviously been severely bashed.Had some difficulty fitting one part of framework due to dent in tube frame.

Delivery brilliant. Only problem: parcel badly damaged and bits missing. Customer support good, and have promised to send the bits, but there will be a delay due to bank hols. Since I needed to use the item over this time. disappointing!

Please accept our apologies for the slight delay in issuing the replacement parts, however preventive action will be taken to take the initial damage up with the carrier and look at improving the packing.

Good prompt service a decent product at a decent price

Everything was delivered as we hoped and quicker than we expected. The only problem was the packaging which fell to bits on delivery. Fortunately nothing was missing. We have not used the platform yet but it looks fine. One of the feet is not flat but we are hoping that will not be a problem. If it is we will let you know.

evrything was easy. we had a call before delivery to make sure things were right. unfortunately the free gift had been smashed because the delivery driver had had the load shift in his van. We did not report this at the time because I had saved the cost of the platform within a day o receiving it. I already have recommended you to someone who has seen the platform
