Good value and excellent customer service - when ladder didn't turn up before noon, as had been paid for, Ladders Online staff gave instant apology and refund. Only disappointment was that I expected ladder to be bit more "solid" construction given it was at upper end of range and described as "pro", but it does the job, and that's the price you pay for not shopping in store.

Not as rigid as we had hoped, on descending at the first junction, the first and second sections tend to move apart, giving a feeling of insecurity.unless one stands exactly in the middle of the rung,which is impossible when descending one foot at a time.

Product fine - I have bought this before. The web site was good, but at the end of the PayPal screens
there was no confirmation message (on screen or via email) of my order. I had no idea if my order had been placed successfully until the goods actually arrived. Delivery however was very prompt.
