Although I was not looking for a high class ladder I was still surprised by the flimsy nature of it. When the flooring is done I might seek to replace it with a sturdier model.

delivered within a couple of days -- excellent. Found a couple of small fittings missing -- and again these delivered within a couple of days after reporting. Definitely to be recommended.

The delivery was excellent the next day as specified we did have some problems fitting the ladder, the runners are very stiff, the V bar clips broke or sprung off when used so we had to improvise ourselves and when we used the measurements specified for the latch they did not meet so again we had to improvise ourselves. Saying this the ladder was very sturdy and does the job.
