Shame the item was in stock when ordering on-line to then find out its out of stock, then wait a week for delivery. Otherwise excellent ladder very good price.

Delighted with the prompt delivery. The product was as I expected. Just a little disappointed with the way the ladders were scuffed and marked, possibly in transit, possibly in warehouse, but not actually damaged. They simply didn't look new. But they do the job I wanted them for.

3.5m Triple Extension Trade Ladders:

Fantastic ladders, really impressed with quality. Great price. Would normally expect to pay Â£170 for equivalent size ladders, which are often inferior quality at major DIY retailers.

I've used them every day since I got them and I can't fault them in any way. I will definitely come back to ladders-online/TB Davies in the future.

Money well spent.

Happy with the ladders, they turned up within 20 hours of the order. They did have a few marks on them which are either transportation dents or warehouse damage. Emailed support and it was sorted out within an hour though s very impressed.
