The delivery driver insisted on an inspection when the ladders arrived to confirm no damage in transit.Good idea.
The point of me buying on-line was to cut out the hassle of transporting ladders from my local store. An advantage worth advertising?

Everything fine except I asked and paid for next day delivery. Three days later I needed to phone as I had heard nothing. Extra money refunded and delivery made according to revised timescale.

Ref "met expectations" The ladders (Ref1103-002) were advertised as 3.4/6.0 metres the packing note said 3.5m and the ladders are actually 3.3/5.9metres. I see web site now corrected. No problem. Delivery superb!
